Deputy General Manager – Up to £27,000 – Beautiful Countryside Pub

Located in the stunning countryside of Sussex, with beautiful surroundings which welcome you while you enjoy local produce ranging from seasonal food to fine wines and ales.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside and learn from this talented team, helping to build upon its fantastic reputation.

Please note due to location, all applicants will need to have a full, clean driving licence and own transport.

The Role:

• Day to day running of the business alongside the General Manager


• To ensure constant growth within the business


• Rota planning, stock control and ordering


• Ensuring all aspects of health and safety standards are met to the highest potential

Who are you?

• Previous experience in similar role – Deputy GM or experienced Assistant Manager


• Passion and knowledge of seasonal, fresh food


• Experience managing, developing and leading a team


• Knowledge and understanding of cellar management and GP’s


• Focused on customer relations management
