Exciting new opportunity for a Cook to join a catering team in the education sector in Lewes. You would lead a small team on a daily basis, providing catering for students, staff and visitors. Working hours for a Cook would be 37 hours weekly, on a full time permanent contract with the very occasional evening and weekend shift.

Support from the Kitchen Manager but you would be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen.

Starting salary of £23,700 per annum

Cook requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role


• Flexible and adaptable approach


• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations


• Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
