We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Chef Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established contract catering company known for quality, creativity, and excellent service.
This role offers a fantastic work-life balance — Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm — with no evenings or weekends. It’s ideal for a talented chef who thrives in a leadership position and enjoys creating fresh, seasonal menus in a professional and supportive environment.
The Chef Manager will:
- Develop and deliver seasonal, nutritious menus tailored to the site’s needs.
- Lead, motivate, and support a small, dedicated kitchen team.
- Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships effectively.
- Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
Chef Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar senior kitchen role.
- A strong, hands-on leader and communicator.
- Passionate about fresh, high-quality food with a creative flair.
- Confident in budget management and stock control.
