The Company
CSI are a specialist catering and hospitality employment business and our Client is a large contract / industrial catering company, located in Chelmsford, Essex.
The Role
To organise and provide a high quality of food production and catering services to company and client standards.
| Ensure that catering budgeted targets are achieved and maintained in conjunction with the Operations Manager, food standards and presentation are of the highest standard so that the customer positively uses all five senses, purchase all perishable foodstuffs through the company nominated suppliers and maintain all legal hygiene, health and safety standards as set out under the Health & Safety at Work Act and the company’s own policies and procedures |
| To be responsible for the security of all food storage areas by carrying out accurate weekly stock takes and ensuring food areas are secure at the end of day, carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management, ensure that team building is effective to meet site and company requirements, assist with the training and development of staff |
