Catering Assistant required for the highly regarded independent school in South Oxfordshire. This Catering Assistant position offers the perfect opportunity for someone seeking structured weekday hours and stability within a thriving school environment.

As a Catering Assistant, you will join a friendly in-house catering team preparing fresh lunches for pupils and staff. Duties include basic food preparation (sandwiches, fruit platters), setting up and clearing dining areas, washing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting food service during busy lunchtimes and school events.

This is an exciting period of growth for the school, with a Senior School opening in 2026. The successful Catering Assistant will be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work efficiently during busy service periods. Previous catering experience is desirable, though full training will be provided.

⚠️ Enhanced DBS required (including Children’s Barred List check) in line with safeguarding regulations.
