Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour

We are looking for an experienced mixologist to work with one of our most valued clients as they launch their new cocktail bar at their busy seafront venue . We are looking for an enthusiastic Mixologist to provide an excellent guest drinking experience, being able to create both classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Successful applicants must have:

• Extensive cocktail knowledge, from classic cocktails to modern day trends.


• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving.


• Ability to assess customers’ needs and preferences in order to make recommendations.


• Great customer service skills in order to Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.


• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.


• Up to date CV and proven working experience as a Bartender.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
