Regional Multi-site Restaurant Manager

£23-25,000 + benefits

Our client operates restaurants and cafes situated in thriving commercial businesses across the UK. They are continuing to expand, are developing and improving their food offer, their sales are up year on year, and in these uncertain economic times their performance in their sector is unrivalled.

This is an excellent opportunity to join them at this level as they look to recruit a Regional Restaurant Support Manager reporting to the regional manager and responsible for supporting the performance of 8 catering operations along the bottom of the M25.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A background in catering / restaurant management in busy high volume operations, ideally with openings and relief management experience.
• The ability to cook as well as manage front of house operations.
• A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent customer care, people, and organisational skills.
• Strong cost and budgetary control experience.
• The ability to train and motivate teams to drive sales.
• Managing brand standards and working with core menus.
