*Bonus Tariff

£200 – A referral who is successful in securing a new permanent role (payable upon successful completion of 12 week trial period)
£50 – A referral who is successful in securing temporary employment and subsequently completes a minimum of 120 hrs (within a 12-week period)

Any referral must be a new candidate not previously registered with CSI
The recommendation must be completed using this referral form. Other methods of introduction shall not be eligible for the CSI Referral Scheme
Payment shall only be remunerated upon successful completion of a trial period (where applicable) and upon the proviso the client has fully satisfied CSI fees
Payments will be made via PAYE and shall be subject to Tax & NI at the prevailing rate
The referral bonus shall be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of introduction, and only one bonus shall be payable per referral
