This exciting Sous Chef role requires an existing Sous with a good 1AA or 2AA rosette background within high quality independent restaurants or gastro pubs. Seafood experience is a plus, preferably some experience at a volume setting.
There are 10-15 chefs in the hotel restaurant brigade so a sous chef managing a slightly larger team would be great for this Sous Chef position in Worcestershire.
