About this role…

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a prestigious, 3 AA Rosette restaurant and Michelin Guide Listed Hotel & Spa in Worcestershire. The Sous Chef will have the opportunity to work with locally sourced, luxurious ingredients, some of which are grown in the hotel garden. The restaurant is open for dinner every evening, as well as serving weekend afternoon tea. You will also have the chance to work on the theatrical 8-course tasting menu at our 12-seater chef's table, using unusual culinary techniques to create a truly unique dining experience!
