The Company

Our client operates this lovely and inviting café operation in the Midlands. The Café itself prides itself on their carefully sourced produce, all served fresh and with a smile. This is a fantastic place to stop in and relax, enjoying a variety of fare all served to the highest of standards.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join this team and take on this key role. As the Sous Chef you will be the right hand to the Kitchen Manager, assisting in the daily service and production of all food items from scratch. Cooking a variety of fresh carefully sourced ingredients the Sous Chef will enjoy producing everything from scratch!

Shifts are daytime based, but will involve working weekends and bank holidays as required by the business. This is a great opportunity to gain a stable work-life balance along with professional progression.

Applicants for the role of Sous Chef will be someone with aspirations who is looking to grow and develop their career in this enjoyable environment. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
