Sous Chef - Gastropub in Cotswolds - £20,000-£24,000 per annum

The role

We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef with good all round kitchen experience who can cook fresh food to order. This role would suit a Sous Chef looking for an influential position where creativity and development are both taken into consideration.

What We Are Looking For

- Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience in a professional kitchen in a gastropub or similar.

- Excellent organisation, and communication skills.

- A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.

- Be creative, influential and able to work within a small, close-knit team
