Job Description
This high profile pub-restaurant in Pershore holds speciality music events, serves fine food and enjoys an infamous atmosphere. Currently seeking for a strong Sous Chef to prepare and serve hearty country pub favourites using locally sourced, fresh produce. You need to be hands on, flexible, imaginative and able to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Salary is very competitive and dependant upon experience, plus a share of the tronc. Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota doing split shifts.
