The Company
Privately owned and family run, beautiful countryside hotel in the Malvern Hills boasting a consistently award winning restaurant, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and up to 30 bedrooms.
The Role
As Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef, deputising during his absence. The successful Sous Chef will be responsible for an excellent level of cooking, a person who understands Fine Dining and has a passion to deliver rosette standard dishes.
We are looking for an individual who has both the knowledge and some experience working within Rosette Level establishments, has some staff training and supervision experience. You will be working 5 days out of 7, some split shifts and weekends. Live in accommodation can be provided.
