About this role…
We seek an experienced Sommelier to join our team at a 4 AA Rosette Sustainable Restaurant in Birmingham. Our restaurant is intimate and aims to reconnect guests with their food. As a passionate Sommelier, you will have the opportunity to curate an exceptional wine experience for our guests.
Our Sommelier's knowledge and skill in wines and spirits will significantly enhance your dining experience. They will thoughtfully pair and select wines to complement our delicious dishes, creating unforgettable moments.
In addition to being a sommelier, we seek someone who values sustainability and ongoing education. We prioritize working with local farmers and growers, and our wine selection features vineyards in Birmingham and throughout the UK that prioritize sustainability and organic practices.
