Restaurant Manager - Luxury and Restaurant Hotel – Manchester

Circa £28.000 plus gratuities and excellent company benefits

The Company

Our client operates a spectacular period hotel, located in the hart of the city of Manchester .  As a hotel renowned for its impeccable service and quality its restaurant is certainly fitting to the standards offered. They are of a fine dining 2 rosette restaurant standard. The menu is intricately created from home -grown ingredients, exquisite flavors and immaculate presentation.

The Role

The role requires a polished individual, who appreciates the importance of excellent customer service and can lead and motivate a dedicated team of loyal staff. This role will involve managing the restaurant in order to not only achieve but exceed set targets based on profit, revenue and customer satisfaction.  Candidates will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered from the team consistently and customers receive a truly phenomenal experience.

What We Are Looking For

· Experience working within a fine dinning restaurant is essential

· Experience working within a managerial position within a similar standard establishment

· A sound knowledge of classic and modern cuisine and wines

· A flair for providing an unrivalled service and exacting  service standard

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.

· Career minded individuals wishing to excel.
