Restaurant Manager – West Midlands
This high profile fine dining pub restaurant in the Droitwich area is looking for a Restaurant Manager . You will have previous experience working as a restaurant manager or an assistant manager who is ready to take the next step up.
You will be in charge of 10 members of waiting staff, greeting and meeting customers, doing the rotas, training staff and attending the monthly staff meetings. You need to be hands on, flexible, imaginative, able to adapt from working within a team to working alone and with your own initiative.
Salary is negotiable. Working 5 days out of 7, split shifts and w/ends included. Own transport required due to location and lack of public services.
