Hotel Operations Manager - £55K (£65K Package)

Our Client has a rare opportunity for a multi-faceted Hotel Operations Manager to lead our dedicated team of Heads of Department, across this Luxury Hotel Resort.They are in need of a hands-on, practical leader with strong business acumen to direct this multi-million pound, 200 bedroom property, drive revenue and play a fundamental part in formulating and delivering strategy.

• £55K Basic salary + Performance Bonuses


• 33 days Holiday increasing by 1 day annually (up to 5 years)

The ideal Hotel Operations Manager will be confident yet approachable, with the skills to easily navigate networking events, win over potential clients and consult & communicate effectively with HOD's.
