Brief summary
A well-established school in Warwickshire is searching for a talented and committed Kitchen Manager to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to display your culinary expertise and creativity while positively impacting the students' lives.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the school's food service program, including menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and budgeting. Working closely with a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, you will ensure that every meal is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
The Kitchen Manager must have an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds certificate, 706/1 and 2, and a Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate for this role. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating healthy and delicious food.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stunning historic location in Warwickshire. The school is quite large, so numerous Kitchen Manager positions are available for both 40-week and 52-week contracts.
