We are looking for a Head Chef to work at a busy award winning Care Home in the Cannock area. The Head Chef will be managing and leading a small team of chefs and catering assistants to provide high-quality meals to care home residents.
As Head Chef of this care home you will be personable,approachable and fit in with the company culture.
The successful Head Chef will be given full company training and a DBS disclosure check will be completed.
Head Chef Requirements
- Two years’ experience managing a team in the care sector.
- Demonstrate an ability to control a budget.
- A knowledge of preparing modified diets that look appealing and are well-balanced and in accordance with IDDSI guidance.
