The role

A stunning, independent, luxury Birmingham hotel is in search of a Head Chef who is fanatical about food. As Head Chef, you will have full autonomy of the menus and captain the brigade to create fabulous, fresh food. The hotel is still in its infancy so you will have the chance to really put your stamp on things.

Whether it’s a wedding, a five course taster or a private dinner for two, as Head Chef, you will mentor your team to deliver great results all the while becoming excellent chefs and nurturing creativity.

Exceptional, confident cooking skills and a good ability to control your costs will see success for this role. You will have full support from the hotels leaders as they have big plans to become one of the go to luxury venues in the midlands.
