Head Chef – Up to £37,000 - 40hrs contract

Head Chef wanted to join this commercial team and lead the brigade in a high volume, fast paced and exciting environment. Catering for national events and private dining, the Head Chef will be well seasoned in conference & banqueting hospitality

• Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends)

The right individual will be capable of managing a small team, menu planning, costing and have a wide range of conference and mixed hospitality experience.

Previous experience in rosette establishments is beneficial. Due to the location, own transport is a essential to be eligible for this role.
