The role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take on this very busy restaurant and lead the team to further glory after such a booming success. The ideal General Manager will have the drive and ambition to succeed along with the talent to control a fast paced environment. Candidates will need to be a natural leader with a hand’s on approach to their role. The perfect General Manager will be presentable along with ensuring that customer focus is never overlooked and the service is impeccable. The successful General Manager will have the ability train, nurture and progress junior members of the team as you will be taking this wild horse by the reigns. What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous proven professional experience with in a fast paced operation.

· At least 4 years experience as a General Manager.

· A natural leader with the ability to build, nurture and train a large team.

· A strong and confident knowledge of Restaurant and Bar service at a high volume.

· A passion for the hospitality trade and providing an unforgettable service.

· Proven success hitting targets and budgets.

· Financially astute.
