Circa £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

 

Plus Performance related Bonus (discussed at interview stage)

The Role

 

We are recruiting for an experienced, charismatic and passionate Restaurant Manager to take on the operational control of this busy establishment, under the guidance of the General Manager. This is a challenging yet extremely rewarding role, giving the successful candidate and opportunity to develop their skills and career. 

 

It is the team and their passion that adds to the experience and to be part of the team is to be part of the family!

 

As Restaurant Manager you will be front facing, hands on and have a real passion and buzz for food and its service. Candidates for this role will be able to lead and direct a team and will also be given guidance from senior management, giving the successful candidate the support network to succeed. The Restaurant Manager will have the ability to think on their feet in vibrant surroundings.

 

Professional experience in high volume outlets is a must for any applicant!

 

Candidates for the role of Restaurant Manager need to demonstrate the following:

 

What We Are Looking For

 

• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of large restaurant front line operations


• Must possess strong communication and listening skills.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a large team.


• Can illustrate consultative skills and ability to work cross-functionally


• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions
