Circa £17,000 - £17,500 per annum

The role

We are looking to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie to join this friendly and vibrant kitchen brigade. The ideal Demi Chef de Partie will be a real team player and able to work with all members of the kitchen brigade. This role will suit a Demi Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this stunning property or a strong Commis Chef looking to expand their skills and develop their career. The role of Demi Chef de Partie will involve working 9-hour straight shifts within a happy working environment. The role of Demi Chef de Partie will also involve rotating through various tasks on a daily basis as the workload is split between the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to focus on the quality of food away from the Hotel environment.

Candidates for the role of Demi Chef de Partie are required to have the drive to succeed along with a steady background, touching on good quality banqueting and fine dining operations. The ideal Demi Chef de Partie candidate will have an eye for detail and be able to manage their time and workload.
