Job Description

One of the great names in licensed retailing at the forefront of the creation of the British pub we know today and seeking a driven Area Manager to join the team.

This role requires an experienced Area Manager who is confident with a food retail or leisure estate and with the skills to motivate and manage a team of people. Creating sales and delivering profit targets by leading, inspiring and developing your pubs and people to consistently deliver with the highest standard of safety, quality and service.

You will be responsible for:Driving sales and increasing profits, Delivering excellent customer focus and service, developing people and inspiring your team, the ability to manage short term tactical and longer term plans to achieve business targets and reviewing business performance in line with budgetary control.
