Exciting Operations Manager opportunity working for one of Asia's leading premium bar and restaurant operators. We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager who has a passion for quality service and is looking for their next exciting challenge. You will be the face of the business which attracts Shanghai's die hard young movers and shakers.

Salary in the region of 25,000 RMB per month, depending on the candidate. The Company: Our client operates a number of premium restaurants and bars/clubs in high footfall venues, in major urban sites. They are modern, chic and are looking for managers with personalities who have the initiative to drive the business to create a buzz, an exciting atmosphere, and be able to feed off the energy of their staff. Job Role - Operations Manager:

• Running a busy multi bar operation to a very high service standard, whilst driving sales and maintaining maximum profit.


• Guiding the business to a new level of success.


• To lead from the front, being the face of the business, getting to know all your regular clientele and bringing new business.
