Support Services Supervisor – Baku Azerbaijan

£30,000 pa ($4000 net per month) Plus single apartment in town, transport, meals, flights

The Company

Our client operates the support services for a large site outside Baku in Azerbaijan supplying catering, pest control, procurement and transportation (drivers & maintenance and repair).

The role

Due to expansion they have created a role of Catering Support Supervisor to strengthen the team. They will be responsible mainly for overseeing the catering of around 1000 cover a day. This is not a hand on chef’s role but more a catering managers position ensuring the kitchen operation runs smoothly overseeing ordering, health & hygiene and storage of produce. All systems are in place and training will be given. This is an excellent way to get a foot on the international career ladder.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Formal Catering qualifications City & Guilds, Btec, NVQ etc

· Excellent organisation, and communication skills.

· Basic Computer literacy

· Be career minded and want to excel.

· Good knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene regulations.
