Your head chef has been an absolute star and I am incredibly grateful for the hard work he has put in while he has been with us, he is quite unlike many of the head chefs I have worked with in my time and isn’t above rolling his sleeves up to crack on with the washing up or whatever else we have asked of him. I would happily recommend him to any to any future employer or client such as ourselves.
